Seattle Public Theater exists because of the generous support of patrons like you. The cost of producing theater always far exceeds the ticket price attending patrons pay. The difference is made up by private donations — large and small. By donating the SPT, you are joining a community of committed supporters who believe in our mission and wish to see high-quality theater continue on the banks of Greenlake. Have you enjoyed SPT's stagings of challenging and inspiring plays? We appreciate your patronage as our success has grown, and would like to thank you for your support. This is our ninth year at the historic Bathhouse Theater on Greenlake, and we're asking for your help as we continue to build a vibrant center of performing arts for this north-end Seattle community. Joining your neighbors, even at modest levels, supports a theater in your neighborhood that can boast:

•  Productions that have drawn critical praise from Seattle Weekly, Seattle Times and Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
•  Youth Drama programs that give youth the opportunity to learn directly from professionals.
•  A youth scholarship fund that ensures financial need is not a barrier to participation.
•  A subscriber base that has grown by 120 percent over last season.
•  A debt-free theater under prudent management.

Per SPT's 501(c)(3) status and accompanying IRS provisions, donations to Seattle Public Theater are tax-deductible to the extent given by law.
