Internships at Seattle Public Theater give participants hands-on experience in the world of professional theatre. Seattle Public Theater is searching for reliable, self-motivated, committed people who have acquired basic skills in their area of interest but wish to enhance their learning, their resumes, and their experience by working at a local professional theater and recieving mentorship from our staff.

The following internships are unpaid, and most apprpriate for college-aged or graduates (some exceptions for younger interns may be made).

Youth Program Internships:
(all year round; summer especially)
- Teaching Assistants
- Stage Managers
-Scenic Design
- Scenic Painting
-Scenic Carpentry
-Master Electrician
- Assistant Technical Director

Mainstage Internships:
(fall-spring)
-Assistant Stage Manager
- Run Crew & Board Operators
- Wardrobe Assistant
